I work with clients experiencing muscle tension, headaches, overuse strains, postural discomfort, chronic pain and everyday aches that affect quality of life.

One of the key differences at Heal Hub is the time I invest in truly understanding your concerns, never rushed & never cut short. By giving each appointment space, I can maximise your hands-on time and tailor your session to achieve the most effective result. This means more time on the treatment table!

With 7 years of hands-on experience, I focus on helping people reduce discomfort, move better, and understand what their body is trying to tell them. I use evidence-informed techniques and a practical, down-to-earth approach to treat not just the area that’s sore, but the reason it became that way. 

My background includes time in elite sport, years working in an office environment, and the day-to-day physical demands of being a mum, so I understand how different lifestyles create different kinds of stress, tension, and pain in the body.

I’m passionate about making clients feel heard, supported, and confident in their own bodies. Every session is tailored to what you need on the day, with the aim of creating meaningful, long-term improvements in your wellbeing.

I am a member of Association of Massage Therapists (AMT). Health Fund rebates are available for Remedial Massage Treatments (not available with Relaxation, Mobile Massage or Corporate Massage)

An invoice will be provided to you within 24hrs of your treatment to claim directly through your health fund.
